Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Shoprofy from the Shopify App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall the app. Your continued use of Shoprofy constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Description of Service

Shoprofy is a Shopify app that provides:

Profit analytics — real-time P&L, net profit, margins, and COGS tracking

AI-powered SEO optimization using Anthropic Claude

Competitor price analysis via Google Shopping

Marketing attribution, LTV/RFM customer analytics, and forecasting

Scheduled email reports and profit alerts

The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Subscription & Billing

Shoprofy offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the service.

All billing is handled securely through Shopify's billing system — we never store your payment details

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days

You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's app billing policies

Permitted Use

Shoprofy is licensed for use with your own Shopify store(s) for analytics and optimization purposes.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service

Use the service to collect or scrape data about other merchants or competitors beyond the intended competitor price comparison feature

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the application

Use the service in any way that violates Shopify's Partner Program Agreement or Terms of Service

Use automated scripts to make excessive API requests that degrade service performance for others

Data & Privacy

Your use of Shoprofy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain full ownership of your store data. By using Shoprofy, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Shoprofy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Profit calculations and analytics are estimates based on the data available in your Shopify store and the costs you configure

We do not guarantee accuracy for financial, tax, accounting, or legal purposes

Always consult a qualified accountant or financial advisor for official financial reporting

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components

⚠ Shoprofy analytics are decision-support tools, not certified financial statements. Do not use them as the sole basis for tax filings or major financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shoprofy and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities

Damages arising from your reliance on the accuracy of analytics or AI-generated recommendations

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes

Provide at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of Shoprofy after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
